Returns
We gladly accept returns as long as the item is in the same condition it was received, unused and with original tags attached. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Damaged Items
If your item is damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt at contact@pandulcesurf.com to initiate a return. All returned items must be in their original condition. Our team will inspect the returned product, and we will replace or repair it to our standards.Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will be covered by the customer. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification via email. Your bank may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges will only be accepted if the item is unworn, in sellable condition, and has the original tags attached. All exchanges will be at our discretion and subject to stock availability. Size exchanges are also subject to stock.Please note that the cost of returning an item for an exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds

Claims

If you refuse any shipments from Pan Dulce, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees, and the return shipping cost.
